I don’t know what movie this is from but it doesn’t change what it is. The Coach showed Brock that he can always go further and do more than what he thought he could and that brings me to some words that David Goggins once said. “When you think you are done you are only 40 percent into what your body is capable of doing and that’s just the limits that we put on ourselves.” I bet that Brock could of even went further than he did if he had to. When you think you are giving your best and going your hardest you aren’t. You can always go further, faster, and harder than you think you can. Most people don’t know how far they can go or what they are capable of doing and that is something that I live for and hope to find out eventually. I’ve had friends and people ask me how far I can run, swim, ect. The answer is I don’t know, I’ve never went that far. I’ve never when until I can’t physically and mentally go anymore. But I have been in that mental state when the only thing moving me forward and keeping me going was my heart and soul telling me that I can and that motivates me to always finish and never quit and to always give my best in anything that I do. I always write these things to try and motivate people and to share what motivates me and keeps me going. I know that most people on here don’t read them and that’s alright but if I can get just one person to read it and maybe give them just an ounce of motivation, that’s all that matters to me. I always try to get people to think outside of the box and think of doing the unthinkable. Everyday I see thousands of people that are satisfied with being average and never doing anything great with their lives and that bothers me because if everyone went after a dream or did something great with their lives and never quit on that dream or that goal the world would be a better place. Never ever give up on a dream or a goal because you only get one life. You don’t get a second one. Time is so precious. It never stops or slows down for anyone. It only keeps counting down until your time is up. So you have to make every second count. Live your life working your hardest without the fear of death or failure. If you are afraid to die or fail then have the courage to carry on anyways. Never give up.

I can really be an ass sometimes, more so latley
